Achievements and Honours :

1948 - He was the Captain of First Indian Olympic Football Team (Barefooted)-LONDON

1951 -Played against Foreign Teams like Hongkong,Phillipines, Thaiiland, Singapore, Japan, France, Burma

Achievements :

         - He was the winner of All Assam Inter School Athletic Meet in 1937.

          - In the year of 1946 and 1947 - He was the winner in
            Individual Championship Trophy at the Kolkata University Athletic Meet.

         - He was the first NAGA Community Sports Commissioner of India.

        - In 1968 he was selected a member of the All India Football
          Selection Committee. He became a member of the
          All India Council of Sports and the Nagaland Sports
          Council.

       - Dr.T.Ao become the first Naga Director of Health Services.
